Located on South 17th Street in the heart of McAllen, our kitchen has been a gathering place for families, friends, and anyone who believes that a great meal is the easiest way to show you care.
Our recipes come from a lineage of cooks who treated every ingredient with respect — who knew that the difference between good and unforgettable lives in the details: the heat of the chile, the freshness of the corn, the patience to let flavors develop. We don't rush these things.
